ACCOMMODATION FOR MINORS

THE STATUTE OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS (LAW 8.069 / 90) ESTABLISHES THAT THE ACCEPTANCE OF MINORS IN ACCOMMODATION IS CONDITIONAL TO THE FOLLOWING RULES:

 

Minors accompanied by parents: Upon check-in, they must present their own identification document valid throughout the national territory with a photo, as well as the identity or birth certificate of the minor (s) to prove their affiliation;

Minors accompanied by only one parent: The same rule (Item 1) is valid for minors under the age of 18 accompanied by a parent, provided that they are Brazilian nationals and resident in the country. In the case of foreigners, in addition to the passport, in the absence of a parent, written authorization from the absent parent must be requested with a notarized signature in a notary or agency in the country of origin [1];

Minors accompanied by a designated guardian: Upon check-in, they must present everyone’s identity document and the minors’ identity or birth certificate and an original accommodation authorization (Annex 1) in writing from both parents [1], with the firms duly recognized in a notary’s office, informing the date of entry and departure, reason for the accommodation of the minor and parents’ telephone numbers for contact.

Unaccompanied minors: Upon check-in, they must present written authorization from both parents [1] or legal guardians (Appendix 2), with the duly notarized firms informing the date of entry and departure, reason for the minor’s accommodation and phones for parents’ contact, provided that you have a guardian for your stay at the inn / camping

IN THE LACK OF THESE DOCUMENTS, THE STAY WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE.

[1] If the membership is only of the mother (with unknown father), the documentation of Item 1, with the respective proof will be necessary.
