Since its creation, the Brazilian Alpine Club has aimed to build mountain culture in Brazil. To achieve this, they offer accessible courses on a wide range of topics to enrich Brazilian mountaineering.
At Legado das Águas, we will host the Basic Mountaineering Course, covering key topics for beginners. Now, you can dive deeper into this world.

*The modules can be completed at the student’s convenience, with each topic consisting of 8 hours of training divided into theoretical and practical sessions.
*All instructors have over 20 years of experience in mountaineering, including international experience.
Program Schedule
- 08:00 – Presentation of the Legacy
- 08:15 – Start of the theoretical session
- 12:00 – End of the theoretical session
- 13:00 – Start of the practical session
- 17:00 – End of the practical session
*Transportation for the practical part must be done using your own vehicle (4 km each way).
*Minimum group size is 10 people, and maximum is 12 people.
